  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
  • Ice cubes for iced version

Instructions

  • Add diced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes until the peaches soften and become syrupy.
  • Pour in the water and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add chai tea bags and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and stir in peach preserves and vanilla extract.
