Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in cream cheese, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in peaches, cream, and white chocolate chips if using.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing evenly.
