- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, pineapple juice, and water until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 40–45 minutes.
- Heat glaze ingredients in a saucepan until smooth.
- Poke holes in warm cake and pour glaze over slowly.
- Let rest, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Slice and serve.
