Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  • Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, pineapple juice, and water until smooth.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for 40–45 minutes.
  • Heat glaze ingredients in a saucepan until smooth.
  • Poke holes in warm cake and pour glaze over slowly.
  • Let rest, then invert onto a serving plate.
  • Slice and serve.
