- 1 oz raspberry liqueur
- 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp melted white chocolate
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass in the freezer.
- Muddle fresh raspberries in a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and simple syrup.
- Add ice and shake well for 15–20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with raspberries or white chocolate and serve immediately.
