Description

Fall in love with this creamy Strawberry Tiramisu that tastes like summer in every bite. It is an easy no-bake dessert everyone will ask you to make again.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 16 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 7 oz. ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/2 cup strawberry juice or diluted strawberry syrup
  • Extra sliced strawberries for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice the strawberries and mix them with the sugar and lemon juice. Let them sit for 20 minutes.
  • Beat the mascarpone until smooth.
  • Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the whipped cream gently into the mascarpone mixture.
  • Pour the strawberry juice into a shallow bowl.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the strawberry juice.
  • Arrange half of the ladyfingers in the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  • Add half of the strawberries evenly over the cream.
  • Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
  • Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the top.
  • Finish with the remaining strawberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint before serving.
  • Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy.
