Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices salami
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a border.
  • Layer mozzarella, meats, and Parmesan evenly.
  • Roll tightly into a log and seal the edges.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with beaten egg and olive oil.
  • Cut small slits on top and sprinkle seasoning.
  • Bake for 22 to 28 minutes until golden brown.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
