Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • Fresh berries or banana slices for topping
  • Toasted coconut flakes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds thoroughly.
  3. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then stir again.
  4. Divide into jars or cover the bowl.
  5. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  6. Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if needed.
  7. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  8. Spoon into serving bowls or enjoy directly from the jars.
  9. Top with granola, sliced almonds, fresh fruit, toasted coconut, and mint.
